Return Eligibility

At SecureWrap, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Product must be in its original condition (unused or minimally used)
  • Packaging and labels must be intact
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) required

How to Return Items

We offer flexible return options to suit your needs:

  1. Drop-off Return: Bring your item(s) to our warehouse at 8 Taranaki Circuit, Clyde North VIC 3978 during business hours (see contact page for hours)
  2. Courier Pickup: We can arrange a courier to collect your return. Contact us to arrange pickup and confirm any associated costs.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
  • Bulk orders (minimum thresholds apply)
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified after purchase
  • Items without proof of purchase

Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy removes or limits your consumer guarantees. If you have questions about your rights, please contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
