We currently deliver to Victoria, Australia. Delivery times and costs vary based on location and order size.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over $500 within Melbourne metropolitan area.

5.3 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

Custom-made products and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
